Would rate DreamBuilders six stars because:

1. They Design and Build. No need for a separate architect. This is an incredible benefit because architects (typically) design without budget in mind. They design what they know how to build.

2. Something that stood out throughout the construction process was the professionalism and cleanliness of DreamBuilder's subcontractors. Most of the subs were owner-operated and left the job site clean at the end of everyday. I've never seen that before.

3. Once the project is complete, they're still around to support you with issues and upgrades. There's even a warranty.

We love our home and look forward to working with the DB team in future for business related projects.

When we started looking for a builder, we interviewed 3 different builders. Aaron with Dream Builders was the only one that was familiar with some of the modern finishes we wanted. Soon after our meetings we went to the Dream Builders home that was on the Parade of Homes and fell in love with it! It was so stylish, cool, unique and innovative.... it just blew us away! We knew we had found our builder and asked Aaron, that day, if he could design and build us a home. We gave him a wish list and he designed our house with everything on our wish list and more! When we saw the design, it was so amazing, it was beyond what we could have imagined! We loved it but I was worried it was way too cool for our budget. Aaron was confident and said, let's bid it out and see. The bid come in right on budget! We were so excited and moved forward right away. Aaron was so easy to work with and was very patient with all our questions. I trust Aaron's eye for design and style and often asked him for help deciding on fixtures or colors. Aaron was always available if I had questions or concerns. He has a great can do attitude and is such a stand up guy, you can trust him to always do the right thing. He made sure all the finishes in our home were done to the highest quality. Aaron went out of his way to made sure we had a amazing home, he takes pride in his work. He always made deadlines, our home was completed on time and on budget, to the penny, no surprises! After such and amazing building experience, my husband and I truly respect Aaron. We love our home and highly recommend Dream Builders!! Aaron built us our dream home!

Aaron and Dreambuilders built our house 3 years ago, and we couldn't be happier. He made our first home building experience such an easy process and answered my million questions to ease my anxiety. Sharing his years of knowledge and experience was key in picking him to be our builder. He has a great understanding of both design and construction, so he was able to see exactly what we wanted from our simplistic sketches and design for us a beautiful mid century modern home.

Prior to our move to the Tri-Cities, we had lived in Texas where we had built a cookie cutter style home 3 years earlier. Throughout our home search in the Tri-Cities, we were looking for something different, something modern and with clean lines. After much disappointment we came across Aaron Magula with Dream Builders. We knew right away that we had found what we were looking for. Not only was Aaron enjoyable to work with but he was a great listener when it came to our ideas and wishes for our new home. Building a home from 2000 miles away comes with many challenges but Aaron ensured that the communication was transparent and efficient. The end result is great quality in both materials and craftmanship. We have a professional architect who designs large commercial buildings in our family who has also given Aaron the highest marks for design and quality. Ultimately, it was Aarons experience, communication, and professionalism that helped make our home so unique. When we first moved to the area we hastily purchased a home from a local builder that had a few floor plans that you can find all over the Tri-Cities, including in our same neighborhood. It was cookie-cutter. We had always had ambitions of owning a modern home, but never believed we would be able to make that happen. My partner and I decided to hire Aaron (Dream Builders) to build a house in Richland. We had some idea of what we wanted and we knew we liked Aaron's design style, so we met with him to get the process started. He helped us find an open lot, set up inspections, etc. Essentially, he knows what he's doing throughout the entire pre-construction/design and construction processes and will do his best to help where he can. And you will certainly need his help throughout the process, whether it's with issues on the house, you change your mind about designs, picking tile, designing the kitchen, choosing colors, and the list goes on.

Aaron is great at what he does and will be transparent throughout the build. You will interact with his subcontractors as well and find that they are nice, professional, and as eager to help out as Aaron. The process is much longer than you may anticipate and is more work than we originally imagined, but our relationship with Aaron consistently brought us confidence that we made the right choice.

Aaron at Dream Builders is far and away the best home builder and home remodel expert around - especially if you have either a lot of specific requests or you want something that's over and above the status quo of most builders. Aaron is unique in his eye for design and desire to satisfy his customers to give them exactly what they want - all while making sure you get full value for your money. I personally hired him to add an extension and do a remodel of my bedroom turning it into a Master Bedroom w/ a private bath and a walk in closet. I had some requests that were relatively new at that time like, a washer & dryer & endless water tank in the closet as well as glittered floors (like Cheesecake Factory) and an infinity tub in the bathroom - he delivered it all even though he had to do much engineering to make it happen for me.

Aaron is talented, fair, and works with his clients not just for them. You will not go wrong in hiring him as an expert for any construction job you may want to have done and I highly recommend Dream Builders do it for you.
