Would rate DreamBuilders six stars because:

1. They Design and Build. No need for a separate architect. This is an incredible benefit because architects (typically) design without budget in mind. They design what they know how to build.

2. DreamBuilder's subcontractors. Most of the subs were owner-operated and left the job site clean at the end of everyday. I've never seen that before.

3. Once the project is complete, they're still around to support you with issues and upgrades. There's even a warranty.

We love our home and look forward to working with the DB team in future for business related projects.
